Since its creation in 2006, Oasis Partners in Ministry has partnered with individuals and organizations within the Ghanaian community to promote the mental, physical, and social-economic well-being of the Ghanaian people. It is through long established partnerships that we have been able to garner a clearer understanding of the problem and how we can provide the most adequate assistance.

Our exchange program helps promote the exchange of knowledge and resources by providing the necessary support and guidance to Ghanaian students wishing to study in the United States and American teachers wishing to teach in Ghana. Currently, our exchange program has one teacher volunteering in Ghana since June 2023, and one student scheduled to begin undergraduate school, and another beginning graduate school the spring of 2024. 

Using an American curriculum, our private school will include grades K-12, and focus on meeting the physical, mental and emotional needs of each child. Classes will be taught by qualified teachers in an interactive environment that encourages learning and participation. Our extracurricular activities are designed to promote fun as well as growth, and studies show our low teacher to student ratio and workshop teaching strategy offers the best opportunity to ensure each child is taught at a level that promotes success. 

Our adult programs include short courses and vocational training programs. Scheduled to begin January 2025, these programs will focus on the more lucrative careers within the business sector, and those within the service industry offering the greatest opportunities for advancement and self-employment. The programs are designed to provide both practical and technical experience.
