Executive Leadership
Patricia Emerson
Patricia provides overall leadership and vision for Oasis. Her years of ministry, education, and firsthand experience in Ghana continue to shape the direction and growth of the organization.
Mark Powell Jr.
Mark helps guide Oasis's communications, branding, digital presence, and outreach. Having been part of the organization since its founding at age 14, he works to expand awareness of Oasis and connect new partners with its mission.
Lisa Stevenson
Lisa provides executive leadership for operations and oversees Oasis's work in Ghana. Her local knowledge, relationships, and direct involvement in the communities we serve help connect our mission with real needs and opportunities.
Rev. Patience Addai
Rev. Patience Addai serves as Director of Pastoral Affairs and is a senior leader within Oasis's Ghana leadership. With decades of pastoral and ministry experience, she brings spiritual guidance, local leadership, and a deep understanding of the communities we serve.
As second in leadership within the Ghana board, Rev. Addai works closely with Lisa Stevenson to provide guidance and support for our ministry and programs throughout Ghana.
